Shipments and returns
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order. Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
IMPORTANT
- We currently only ship to the Paypal confirmed address.
- Shipping and billing addresses must be valid Paypal addresses.
- Your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card bill is sent.
- For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately, on different dates.

All sales of products and services are final. All charges from those sales are nonrefundable.
We are not responsible for any custom duty for international shipment.
All requests for technical service and damage in shipment should be made directly to the shipping company in accordance with their terms and conditions.
Returned items must be in unworn and in its original packaging, including any accessories, and/or tags.
20% restocking fee would be applicable for return item.
If the product package has been opened, this product is not returnable, exchangeable or refundable due to health protection reasons.
